Application for licensing/ordination

This form is for use by all first time applicants for either licensing or ordination by The Christian Restoration Fellowship International. Note: If you are already licensed by The Christian Restoration Fellowship International, you do not need to re- submit this form when you apply for ordination. However, if you have not been licensed by The Christian Restoration Fellowship International, you must submit this form the first time you apply for ordination.

  1. Please submit a testimonial paper describing a) your conversion experience, b) any additional major experiences you have had with God, c) the call of God on your life, d) how you have been living out the call of God during recent years.

  2. List all preparatory training you have received.

  3. List the reasons you are seeking licensing/ordination at this time with The Christian Restoration Fellowship International.

  4. Please share any additional information you feel would be good for the ordaining committee to be aware of.

  5. Give Pastoral Recommendation Forms to three pastors, asking them to complete and return them to The Christian Restoration Fellowship International Headquarters.

  6. Complete the following scorecard about yourself:

    I feel the call of God upon my life to serve as a minister in the field of ________________________ (list area of ministry - i.e. gospel, health care, government, business, education, music, arts, etc.)

Your application will be reviewed by a licensing/ordination board when they have all the parts. They will generally set a date to meet with you personally to discuss your licensing/ordination. Upon approval, you will be mailed a certificate suitable for framing.

Subsequent renewal forms are more brief, do not require a meeting with the licensing/ordination board, and require only $25.
